Terms of Engagement - Print these rules and show your guests.

1.  You accept the performer that we choose to send to you on the night, whether or not your performer happens to be your preferred entertainer. You accept that 'Hot Girls Strippers' display photos of staff on the website to show the quality of our staff.  Hot girls agency cannot 100% guarantee a particular performer for your party.  We have hundreds of  time slots to fill. We send our performers to the jobs that best fit in with each performer’s schedule on the night.  Please feel free to suggest a preferred performer, please do not demand a particular performer.

2.  Duration-times of shows/performances stated on the prices page are APPROXIMATE TIME ONLY!

3. You will exert a welcoming attitude to both the performer and the driver. Any verbal abuse of our staff upon arrival or throughout the show will result in our staff’s immediate departure from your venue.

4. You are to inform your guests that they are expected to behave appropriately towards our staff. As the hirer of the entertainment you accept a degree of responsibility towards controlling any drunken inappropriate or violent behavior of your guests towards the Hot Girls staff. If our entertainer or driver believes that your behavior is out of order, they will leave and you will not receive a refund regardless of whether the show has commenced or not!  Bad behaviour includes if the buck , birthday boy or guests jump up and run around throught the performance of the show. Such behaviour makes it virtually impossible for the performer to execute his or her performance and we consider that kind of behaviour as very bad manners and an indication that you do not actually want a show. You don’t get a refund for  behaving badly and wasting our time and fuel.

5. Police will be called to prosecute any persons who assault our staff, by pushing/shoving/punching including by throwing cans or objects at performers or drivers. Our company will notify the police immediately.  Your party could be over and our company will vigorously pursue ALL assault charges.

6. Our female show girls do not perform outside on grass or dirt or around open fires. The girls are wearing very high heeled shoes and expensive costumes.  They risk injury in these types of locations, not to mention that performing in such an environment is filthy and distasteful. Please provide one of the following locations for the entertainer: indoors, clean garage or patio.

7. Deposits paid for bookings are non refundable. 'Hot Girls’ turns away other bookings to keep your booking secure.  If your party is cancelled then you will forfeit the deposit you have paid.  However you will be allowed to reschedule a booking for another date without forfeiting the deposit.

8. No persons under 18 are to be present throughout the performance.  The performance will not go ahead until all underage party goers are removed from the performance location.

9. Our contractors are professional legal entertainers. They pay taxes, have families, study and are part of respected communities.  Do not treat our contractors like prostitutes or druggies. They are not. Treat them with respect. Our staff are contractors. That means they are the boss of themselves. You are not their boss and neither is the booking agent. If a performer is disrespected than it is within her/his right to decide not to perform for you.  The agency will not send a replacement performer as we hold our contractors in very high regard.

10. We are not a product based business. It’s a service industry and not unlike buses, taxis, doctors, hairdressers, sometimes we run a little late. Contributing factors to late arrivals are usually due to traffic jams, road works, accidents’ on the road, detours, bad weather or delays at a previous show. Hot Girls Entertainment has a fantastic punctuality record.  However delays are sometimes unavoidable, therefore your booking time is an estimated arrival time only.

11. If your performer is running slightly late or the performer is not your preferred performer, please do not abuse the performer or the driver and please do not call the agency to abuse or insult the office staff.  If you do this, your show will be cancelled.

12. Our company will not send raunchy shows to venues with mixed gender audiences.  If you require a female show that is an open leg show or raunchier then your guests must be strictly 100% male audience only. If you require a Full Monty Male Show then your guests must be 100% female audience only. If you have a mixed gender audience than you can book a G-string show. Raunchy shows never go well when the audience is mixed. Emotions run high and many members of the audience will say they can handle the raunchy show but often they can’t. So for a good show, a classy show and happy party goers a G-string show only is available for mixed crowds.

13.  Country area clients, please make sure that you advise the office of your exact location in terms of kilometers from designated landmarks and specific directions.  All too often, clients are giving incorrect information in terms of directions and especially the distance. If you are not located where you said you were, than the performer is entitled to charge you extra $ on top of the original quoted prices upon her arrival. The performer will most definitely charge you extra if this situation occurs, so to avoid any booking problems, please be truthful when indicating your actual location.

134 Please keep in mind that drinking alcohol is no excuse for bad manners and that the ‘Hot Girls’  and ‘Hot Boys’ agency are as picky about the kind of clients they service as you are about the kind of agency you choose to book with.  We care about the quality of our services and we care about our staff.
